Our Terms & Conditions
- Our Tours are conducted on a free seating, fully air-conditioned coaches with licensed English speaking guide on board. Foreign language guides can be arranged at an extra cost. Private tours and transfer can also be arranged, charges for these vary depending on group size.
- All rates quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit(RM) and are subjected to change without prior notice. Child rates apply for children 3-12 years only. Non - paying child is not entitled for a seat.
- All tour itineraries are subjected to change or cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If you wish to cancel the booking after confirmation, the following cancellation charge will be imposed:
- More than 24hrs before start of tour - 50%of tour fare
- Less than 24hrs before start of tour - no refund
- Complimentary pick- up service will be provided from any major hotel within kuala Lumpur.Guest are required to wait at the lobby at the given time.
- Guest are required to wear their tour badges during pickup and their own to protect their travel plans.
- The company will not be responsible for any losses incurred by the guest during the entire tour.
